How to Apply
  • Thank you for your interest in Pu Tai Senior High School
  • To apply to PTSH, students need to submit the completed application form via email or mail along with the following documentations:
    • A copy of the student’s passport or Taiwanese ID card, or a resident permit
    • 2 passport size photos
    • Copies of school report card including student’s discipline record from previous two years
    • National Placement Test result for Grade 10 students
    • All the students must take an entrance exam --English and math, plus an in-person interview with both the student and the parents.
    • A week trial out is mandatory for a transferred student from grade 7-grade 10.
    • PTSH does not accept a transferred student for grade 11 and above. Applicants who fail to be accepted in this given year are welcome to submit a fresh application in the subsequent year.
