We visited the renowned Kinmen Kaoliang (Sorghum) Brewery and learned of the deep historical ties of said beverage to the island; we discovered more about the complex intricacies of local businesses investing in Root of Moghania, and toured around in stretches of dim, damp bunker systems designed against artillery bombardment during the Cold War.
